Leaf Home, LLC. is seeking a Field Canvassing Team Lead to build brand presence in targeted neighborhoods and manage a team of Field Canvassers.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, plan routes, track performance, and drive lead-generation across the territory while ensuring compliance and safety in all activities.

Local travel, evenings, and weekends may be required, with a focus on exceeding goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for direct-to-consumer industry.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing, canvassing, and/or event staff.
• Knowledge of current best practices and new strategies for canvassing and direct to consumer field marketing.
• Ability to work outside in varying climates.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Ability to juggle various work activities and shift priorities to meet stakeholder needs.
• Must be self-driven with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality.

Responsabilidades

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for follow-up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar for Field Canvassers in assigned territory.
• Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer leads.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers and ensure accountability through KPIs.
• Manage permit requirements in territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances.
• Collaborate with Operations and Installation teams to grow brand presence.
• Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics and ROI.
• Exceed sales lead quotas based on KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
