Job summary

Leaf Home in Austin seeks a Field Canvassing Team Lead to hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers to build Leaf Home brand awareness in pre-selected high-probability neighborhoods.

You will drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives, plan routes, and collaborate with Operations and Installation Managers to expand brand presence, while meeting marketing goals and KPIs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work evenings/weekends, apply to join our team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing.
• Experience in customer service and/or sales.
• Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing.
• Experience recruiting, onboarding, and training marketing staff.
• Knowledge of current best practices for canvassing and direct-to-consumer field marketing.
• Ability to work outside in varying climates.
• Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels.
• Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow up.
• Identify, schedule, and plan route calendar for team of Field Canvassers in assigned territory.
• Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer lead generation.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers and create accountability through KPIs.
• Manage permit requirements to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with local Operations and Installation Managers to grow brand presence.
• Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate ROI of territory.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
