Job summary

DaBella is seeking motivated canvassers to work in the Placerville, CA area. This boots-on-the-ground role involves walking neighborhoods, engaging residents, and setting leads to maximize commissions and bonuses.

The base pay is $20.50 per hour with uncapped performance bonuses; top performers earn substantial bonuses monthly. Availability Monday–Saturday and a willingness to work outdoors in varying weather are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk neighborhoods for extended periods.
• Able to work outdoors in varied weather conditions.
• Strong communication skills in English (and Spanish a plus).

Responsibilities

• Knock on doors and canvass in assigned areas.
• Set and follow up on leads to generate income.
• Represent DaBella professionally in the field.
