Job summary

DaBella is recruiting a Field Canvasser in the United States. You will knock on doors in residential neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and schedule free appointments for the sales team. No closing is required; focus is on conversations and quality appointments while building rapport and presenting our services.

Base pay is $20/hour with uncapped performance bonuses. Average monthly bonus ranges from $1,500 to $3,000, and top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses.

Compensation

• $20.00/hour base pay
• Uncapped performance bonuses
• Average monthly bonus: $1,500 – $3,000
• Top performers exceed $4,000/month in bonuses
