Job summary

For Our Future Wisconsin seeks motivated, outgoing Canvass Managers for a paid canvassing program in Stevens Point. You will be responsible for executing the regional field plan and supervision of paid canvasser operations within your assigned region in accordance with strict health and safety protocols.

Candidates should have familiarity with their assigned region, experience working with door-to-door field programs, comfortable working long hours, and access to reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 1-2 cycles of paid field campaign or other door to door canvassing experience.
• Commitment to building power in the progressive movement.
• Knowledge of Votebuilder/VAN/LAN preferred.
• Basic computer literacy with Excel; access to a portable computer is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Train canvassers, launch canvass events, and supervise a team per health and safety guidelines.
• Lead on-line lines of outreach with regular door-to-door canvassing in assigned region.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Ensure timely reporting and accurate regional data entries.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols.
• Recruit, schedule, and confirm canvassers; assist with training programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
