Job summary

DaBella in Bow, NH is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach reps on outreach and appointment setting.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, monitor metrics, and ensure safe, efficient operations in outdoor conditions across Mon–Sat shifts. This role offers uncapped bonuses and strong growth opportunities within a growing home-improvement company.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
