DaBella in Portland, ME seeks a Canvass Manager to lead a field team, coach reps, recruit new canvassers, and drive lead generation results in a fast-paced, outdoors-focused environment.

This hands-on leadership role combines frontline execution with people development: you will set targets, monitor performance, provide ongoing coaching, and coordinate daily field activities while representing DaBella with homeowners. Excellent base pay plus uncapped bonuses and growth opportunities available.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet performance targets.
