Job summary

DaBella in Denver, CO is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a boots-on-the-ground canvass team, coordinate scheduling for inspections and estimates, and drive daily performance. You will recruit, train, and coach new canvassers, while maintaining high energy and a strong work ethic in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead & motivate the team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers, conduct screenings.
• Track daily canvassing activities and team performance.
• Coordinate with leadership on outreach strategies and scheduling.
