Job summary

Next Solutions LLC provides in-home TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. Technicians travel to customers' homes, assess needs, and complete the required work, including installs and wiring as needed.

The team delivers excellent customer service and educates customers on products, with a sign-on bonus of $1,500 for experienced candidates and a weekly pay structure.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Must pass an extensive background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs on a consistent basis.
• Flexible to work 5-6 days per week, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Next Solutions is an in home services company. We contract work from many of today’s top TV and internet service providers. We specialize in creating the ultimate in-home experience for these companies customers.

What does a in home service and solutions specialist do?

Our service and solutions experts provide customers with TV, Internet, and smart home solutions. We provide the work orders for you to complete. This means driving to the customers house, assessing the customers’ needs and best options for completing required work.

KEY JOB DUTIES:

• Perform new connects, reconnects, upgrades and disconnects for television, internet and phone services.
• Troubleshoot all services
• Installations could include relocating cable outlets, adding converters and modems, interior and exterior wiring paths.
• Provide first-class customer service including detailed customer education on all products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Sales experience a plus, but not required
