Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of sales experience required in telephony, data and video systems preferred.
• Experience in consultative selling process and setting appointments.
• Strong negotiation, problem solving, networking and analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Experience with Metro E Fiber access and cloud solutions (DRaaS, UCaaS, SECaaS, IaaS).

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify new business development opportunities.
• Build sales relationships with businesses, local organizations, and government officials.
• Create and deliver face-to-face sales presentations.
• Stay informed on competitive landscape and technologies.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
• Attend meetings with customers and present persuasively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service levels.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and revenue opportunities.
• Schedule new installs and upgrades with installation team.
