Job summary

Restoration Pros in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Business Development Representative to manage an existing book of business and represent both Restoration Pros and the 1-Tom-Plumber brand in the field.

You will grow relationships with property managers, insurers, hotels, and commercial clients, network at events, log activity in HubSpot, and report to ownership and GMs on pipeline and territory development. This role offers base salary plus uncapped commissions and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in a business development or outside sales role.
• Ability to build relationships that drive repeat business.
• Ability to create own schedule, manage own pipeline and stay accountable.
• Experience with a CRM; HubSpot is used for tracking activity.
• Professional and personable in both residential and commercial settings.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of existing referral sources and accounts from day one.
• Prospecting and developing new relationships across residential and commercial markets.
• Representing Restoration Pros and 1-Tom-Plumber at networking events and in the field.
• Logging all activity in HubSpot, including calls, meetings and new contacts.
• Reporting to ownership and General Managers on pipeline, strategies and territory development.
• Bringing back field intelligence to help improve services and estimating.
