Job summary

Legacy Restoration is seeking a full-time Business Development Representative in the Lenexa area to canvass neighborhoods, engage homeowners, and introduce them to our restoration solutions. You will be the friendly first impression and schedule appointments for our Closing Sales team, helping to grow the business daily.

This role offers a competitive starting pay of $46,800 per year plus commission and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license
• Good driving record
• Ability to obtain a solicitation permit for areas of coverage
• Ability to consistently walk through neighborhoods
• Willingness to travel locally within 2 hours of the branch
• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Canvass neighborhoods and build genuine rapport with homeowners.
• Introduce homeowners to legacy restoration solutions and value.
• Schedule appointments for Closing Sales Representatives and set the customer experience tone.
