Job summary

Spectrum Business is hiring an Account Executive in the United States. You will drive growth by selling Spectrum’s data, voice, video and mobile solutions to small businesses in your territory.

You’ll manage the sales process from prospecting to close, while documenting activities in required systems and coordinating with internal teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or telecom/tech, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong English communication, multitasking, and organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or 2+ years of telecom or technical industry experience.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions for each client.
• Achieve sales targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and closed deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and superior customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current with Spectrum products and strategies.
