Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) is seeking Building Science + Infrastructure Technicians to perform field tests and observations on various projects. You will work in the field, collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure quality and safety.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and may hold professional certifications such as NRCA, IIBEC, AWCI EIFS Inspector, or ICC credentials. Valid driver's license required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; technical/associates preferred.
• 0–2 years of related field experience preferred.
• Professional certifications (NRCA, IIBEC, AWCI EIFS Inspector, ICC) preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Perform field tests and observations for building science & infrastructure projects.
• Record test results and observations in reports.
• Communicate with ECS staff, clients and site reps daily.
• Attend project meetings with senior staff and clients as requested.
• Calibrate and use field equipment; assist with equipment maintenance.
