Ideal candidates hold OH RLC Level 3 Certification (Electrical Safety Inspector a plus), with a valid driver’s license and willingness to work in office and field settings. Relocation assistance is available.

Qualifications

• OH Residential/Limited Commercial (RLC) Level 3 Building Inspector Certification required
• Electrical Safety Inspector specialization/endorsement is a plus
• Interim certifications may be accepted

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections during various stages of construction
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required
• Report violations and maintain files/records
• Perform other related duties as required
