SAFEbuilt, Inc. is seeking a skilled Building Inspector to join our Greater Cleveland, OH team. You will perform field inspections across different construction stages, review plans, and document code compliance to help ensure safe, resilient communities.

Qualifications

• OH Residential/Limited Commercial (RLC) Building Inspector Certification is required.
• Interim certifications may be accepted.
• Experience in municipal code inspections is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections during various stages of construction.
• Read and examine plans and specifications when required.
• Report violations and maintain files/records.
• Perform other related duties as required.
