Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple trades on construction sites.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.

• Conduct field inspections of roofing, façade, waterproofing, and exterior wall systems
• Document existing conditions and construction progress
• Support QA/QC reviews on active construction projects
• Perform site observations and detailed field reporting
• Assist with building condition assessments and property evaluations
• Support water intrusion investigations and building performance testing
• Work closely with experienced consultants, architects, and engineers
• Review construction work for compliance with plans and specifications
