Frontier Communications Corporation is seeking a Sales & Service Technician II (Field Install & Repair) in Sister Bay, WI to install and repair broadband networks. Responsibilities include installing wiring, networking gear, and maintaining various fiber and copper facilities; travel and on-site customer interactions are required.

Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, telecom installation experience, pole climbing certification, and willingness to work flexible hours

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in telecommunications installation and maintenance.
• Pole climbing certification required (max 275 lbs. fully clothed).
• Must complete company-provided training and demonstrate ability to complete full installs.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain inside wire for residential/business broadband (HSI/Video) service.
• Install networking equipment (Fiber to the House, ONT, wireless routers, modems, gateways).
• Perform maintenance on buried, aerial and underground cables/fibers.
• Read service orders, trouble tickets, and drawings; troubleshoot issues; assist other departments as needed.
