Job summary

Channel Partners Solutions, LLC in New York seeks a full-time Motorola Retail Territory Representative to own a market, train store staff, and expand Motorola’s presence through field visits and events. You’ll schedule and execute in-store training, demos, and campaigns while building strong retailer relationships.

You’ll spend most of your time in the field, visiting stores, training staff, and driving growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to read the room and adapt.
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share.
• Visit 7–8 retail locations per day within your market.
• Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products.
• Deliver engaging in-store training, demos, and events.
• Balance your week with drive time, admin, and ongoing training (~25%).
• Occasional travel opportunities for meetings, trainings, or events.
