2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across our Kentucky territory, including Frankfort. If you shine in social settings and enjoy connecting with adults, this is your chance to engage customers one-on-one and create memorable brand experiences.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will conduct scheduled activations, collect consumer feedback, distribute promotions, and report results using mobile apps.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to use mobile reporting apps and scheduling activations.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and follow program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and collect market feedback.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers.
• Document activity results and reporting in designated systems.
• Travel throughout the territory to support retail visits and events.
