You will engage adult consumers, perform scheduled activations, verify age, and collect feedback while traveling within the assigned territory.

You must be 21+, have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. The role offers weekly pay, mileage reimbursement, and benefits such as medical, dental, and vision, plus 401k matching;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, or events preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
