2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to promote a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across the territory. You will engage adult consumers through conversations, share promotions, and gather feedback while traveling daily within your designated area.

Ideal candidates are outgoing, dependable, and comfortable working in fast-paced retail settings. Training and scheduling are provided, with pay at $25 per hour and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in brand ambassador, retail, promotions or service roles is preferred.
• Ability to engage adults in conversations and explain brand offers clearly.
• Comfort representing a premium tobacco brand in retail environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled activations within an assigned territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in compliant conversations about products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions meet policies and laws.
• Administer surveys and collect market feedback accurately.
• Distribute promotional materials and educate on active promotions.
