Job summary

2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory. You will engage adult consumers through one-on-one conversations, introduce brand offerings, gather feedback, and distribute promotional offers while building your communication and customer engagement skills.

Applicants should be outgoing, reliable, and comfortable working in retail environments. No tobacco industry experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, customer service, hospitality, event marketing, or promotional marketing preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations about tobacco products.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure all interactions comply with company policies, local regulations, and program guidelines.
• Administer consumer surveys and accurately collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute approved promotional materials and consumer offers, including coupons and incentives.
• Educate consumers on available promotions.
• Encourage purchase consideration through consultative consumer engagement.
• Build positive relationships with retail personnel and store management.
• Accurately document activity results, consumer interactions, and survey completion through designated reporting systems.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory to support scheduled retail visits and events.
