2020 Companies is hiring full-time Field Marketing Representatives to represent a premium tobacco brand at retail locations across your territory, including Nashua, NH. You will engage adults through one-on-one conversations, distribute promotions, and gather feedback to help build memorable brand experiences.

This role requires confidence, reliability, and the ability to travel daily within the territory, with a 5-day schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in brand ambassador, retail sales, or promotional marketing preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled retail activations within an assigned geographic territory.
• Engage adult tobacco consumers in meaningful, compliant conversations.
• Verify age eligibility and ensure interactions comply with policies and regulations.
• Administer surveys and collect market feedback and insights.
• Distribute promotional materials and offers, including coupons.
• Educate consumers on promotions and drive engagement.
• Build positive relationships with store personnel and management.
• Document activity results and survey completion through reporting systems.
• Maintain program materials and activation assets professionally.
• Travel throughout the territory to support scheduled visits.
