Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Street Team Representative to drive sales through in-store visits and effective merchandising across assigned retail routes. You will be responsible for installing selling materials and maintaining brand standards while frequently lifting materials and driving your own vehicle with reimbursement.

The role requires at least 1 year in sales and 1 year in a customer-facing position, plus a clean driving record and being 21 or older for insurance purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing or related field (or actively pursuing).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer-facing role.
• Clean driving record and age 21+ for insurability.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail stores to drive sales and merchandising execution.
• Merchandise displays and install selling materials to improve visibility.
• Drive to locations using your personal vehicle; auto-use reimbursement provided.
• Lift 10–25 pounds frequently and assist with in-store tasks.
• Maintain brand standards and represent Monster Brewing professionally.
