Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Street Team Representative in New York to drive sales on a route-based schedule, expanding retail presence and ensuring execution of distributor plans. You will merchandise displays, manage POS materials, and travel to accounts with auto-use reimbursement.

The role requires frequent lifting, driving a personal vehicle, and building strong relationships with store managers to maximize Monster Brewing’s market impact on your route.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field (or working toward it).
• 1 year of sales experience required.
• 1 year of customer-facing experience required.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store managers on your route to drive brand success.
• Amp up Merchandising with eye-catching displays and optimize cold vaults and cooler placement.
• Manage POS materials inside and outside accounts to boost visibility and impact.
• Transport selling materials and drive your personal vehicle on assigned duties, with reimbursement.
