Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a part-time Street Team Representative to expand our presence on routes, merchandise displays, and coordinate POS materials at stores in Grand Rapids, MI. You will drive sales distribution goals and ensure execution of distributor plans.

You will visit assigned retailers, transport selling materials, and be reimbursed for driving-related costs; a clean driving record and 21+ age are required. Prior sales and customer-facing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Clean driving record and age 21+ for insurability.

Responsibilities

• Create strong route-level relationships with store managers to drive brand success.
• Amp up merchandising with eye-catching displays in cold vaults and coolers.
• Maximize chilled placement to dominate shelf space across accounts.
• Strategically manage POS materials inside and outside accounts.
• Maintain program materials and company assets in good condition.
• Stay on time and on brand, with reliable shifts and appropriate attire.
• Provide professional communication with customers and team members.
