Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Part Time Street Team Representative to expand our retail presence on your assigned route. You will merchandise displays, install selling materials, and cultivate relationships with store managers while traveling throughout the Boise area.

The role requires lifting, frequent movement through stores, and driving your own vehicle with hourly compensation. Prior sales or customer-facing experience is preferred, with a 21+ age requirement and a clean driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business/marketing or related field (or working toward it).
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Must be 21 years or older with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail outlets along assigned route to drive sales and exposure.
• Merchandise displays and install selling materials to enhance visibility.
• Maintain brand assets and ensure on-brand appearance at POS.
• Work with store managers to build partnerships and drive volume.
• Travel as needed and use personal vehicle with reimbursement.
