Job summary

Monster Brewing Company is seeking a Part Time Street Team Representative to expand our retail presence. In this role you will visit assigned stores, merchandise displays, install selling materials, and build relationships with store managers to boost Monster’s shelf presence.

You will drive your own vehicle to stores, be reimbursed for auto use, and lift 10–25 pounds as needed. The position is hourly, with a 21+ age requirement and a 1-year sales background preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience.
• Must have a clean driving record and be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned stores to drive sales distribution.
• Merchandise and install selling materials at point of sale.
• Build strong relationships with store managers to boost Monster Brewing shelf presence.
• Ensure displays are aligned with brand standards and promotions.
• Travel to multiple retail outlets as part of an assigned route.
