Job summary

MAT Holdings, Inc. seeks an energetic trainer for the GRIE Engineering and Development division to train brake pad customers across the eastern US. You will cultivate relationships, present technical brake information, and support regional sales teams.

This role requires up to 75% travel, in-field customer visits, and ongoing collaboration with corporate, R&D, and manufacturing teams to improve field performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in automotive service, dealerships, or equivalent.
• Automotive brake systems expertise and OE/aftermarket knowledge.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training customers.

Responsibilities

• Train automotive brake pad customers and field teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customer sales teams to grow business.
• Schedule travel to markets and perform installer visits with accounts.
• Present technical information on brake systems to varied audiences.
• Conduct in-field and regional training sessions at events or stores.
• Resolve customer issues related to brake systems and industry.
• Review industry updates and relay feedback to teams.
• Visit stores, gather feedback, and adjust regional plans.
• Travel extensively (up to 75%) across the US and plan region travel.
• Maintain call reports and participate in team meetings and trainings.
