R.F. MacDonald Co. seeks an experienced Outside Sales - Aftermarket to maintain customer relationships and manage service contracts for boilers, burners, pumps and related equipment. This role involves field visits, quotations, and coordinating with service teams to meet client needs.

You will build knowledge of product applications, respond to service requests, and develop long-term customer relationships to maximize service volume and margins. Regular travel to customer sites is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or technical discipline required.
• Two years of technical schooling or related training.
• Minimum 5 years of aftermarket sales experience.
• Experience in boiler and pump sales preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain existing customer relationships and service contracts.
• Provide quotations, monitor costs, and support scheduling and billing.
• Travel to customer sites 3–4 days per week in field sales.
• Develop understanding of contractors and engineers, and field requirements.
• Follow up with customers to grow service contracts and sales margins.
• Keep CRM updated and coordinate with office and dispatch teams.
