Job summary

TriMedx, LLC is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician II for Channel Services in Columbus, OH. The role requires installation, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, calibration, and verification of complex biomedical equipment with minimal supervision.

Travel up to 75% to client sites; a company car is provided. Work from home when not traveling, with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment.
• Proficient use of applicable test equipment and tools for performance verification.
• Effective communication with clinicians and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Perform performance assurance inspections, scheduled maintenance, electrical safety inspections, and operation verification procedures on complex biomedical equipment.
• Repair, install, and calibrate biomedical equipment; document activities.
• Inform supervisors of repair status and equipment concerns; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain equipment inventory accuracy and service history.
