Job summary

Brainlab is seeking a clinical engineering professional to support physicians and OR staff with Image Guided Surgery products. The role involves technical support, training, and ensuring successful product utilization across hospitals.

The ideal candidate holds a biomedical engineering degree, has 1–3 years in healthcare tech support, and can travel extensively to customer sites, with fluency in common clinical terminology and Office software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience in a healthcare company.
• Knowledge of surgical procedures, anatomy and medical terminology preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to travel ~50%+.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain install base, including basic 3rd party integrations.
• Educate/train physicians and hospital personnel on Image Guided Surgery products.
• Develop training programs for hospital staff to enable in-house training.
• Act as primary customer liaison, assess satisfaction and usage, provide recommendations.
• Travel 50%+ for first 6 months to customer sites.
