Job summary

ARCO/Murray is seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to support field operations and project teams onsite in Sullivan, IN. The role requires coordinating with design teams and trade partners to ensure seamless design, coordination, and install of complex MEP systems.

The ideal candidate has strong BIM software skills (Revit, ACC, Procore, Bluebeam) and experience in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, VDC, drafting/design technology, or related field preferred.
• Experience using Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam required.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs, and coordination drawings.
• Knowledge of constructability, sequencing, RFIs, submittals, and turnover documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical BIM advisor in the onsite field office.
• Participate in BIM setup, standards development, and coordination for project phases.
• Establish data exchange standards to optimize BIM for scheduling, take-off, estimating, and related functions.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and constructability checks.
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings with engineers, construction teams, and trade partners.
• Support model-to-field coordination, installation planning, sequencing, and modularization.
• Assist with RFIs, design clarifications, and submittal reviews relevant to BIM.
• Assist in model quality checks, digital close-out, and asset data encoding for handover.
• Generate custom views and pull dimensions to ensure field construction follows the model.
