Job summary

ARCO is seeking a BIM Coordinator Intern to support onsite field operations and the project team in Sullivan, IN. You will assist with BIM setup, coordination, and issue resolution across MEP and structural systems.

Join a fast-paced design-build environment, attend coordination meetings, and work closely with trades, vendors, and engineers. This internship offers hands-on experience and competitive hourly compensation for the duration of the program.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree program.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0 and onsite availability in fall, spring or summer.
• Local to Sullivan, Indiana or able to commute daily; internship/co-op preferred.
• Experience with Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam preferred; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with BIM setup and coordination for project phases on site.
• Attend BIM coordination meetings with engineers, contractors and design partners.
• Support RFIs, submittals, coordination, and issue resolution related to BIM.
• Collaborate with field operations and project teams to ensure coordinated design information.
