Job summary
Liquiserve is seeking experienced Beverage Equipment Service Technicians for immediate openings across our territories. The role includes reactive service, preventive maintenance, and installation/removal of counter-top beverage equipment for major accounts, with on-call rotation and a 50lb lifting requirement.
Candidates must have a clean DMV record and pass drug screening; benefit packages are provided. Responsibilities cover service calls using Liquiserve's dispatching software, part delivery
Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic electricity; amperage, voltage and current implications.
- Understanding of basic heating and refrigeration principles.
- Water quality and filtration concepts applicable to beverage equipment.
- Experience with espresso, drip coffee, liquid coffee, juice or fountain equipment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Reactive service including troubleshooting, diagnosis, part replacement and on-site customer training.
- Preventive maintenance and timely servicing of equipment.
- Installation and removal of counter-top beverage equipment for major accounts.
- Process service call information using LiquiServe's dispatching software (Alert) and report results.
- Deliver superior customer service and build long-term customer relationships.
- Facilitate delivery of repair parts, maintain inventory and coordinate pickups/returns.
