Job summary

Provive Wellness is seeking a seasoned Business Development Representative to grow our Tennessee referral network and drive admissions across our behavioral health services. This field-based role requires strong relationship-building with providers, facilities, and community partners, plus ongoing outreach and travel within the region.

You will report to the VP of Business Development and collaborate with admissions, CRM, and leadership to expand access to PHP, IOP, OP, MAT, and adolescent

Qualifications

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in business development or client relationship management.
Experience in field-based roles with direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and community organizations across Tennessee.
Serve as primary contact for referral sources to drive admissions.
Conduct in-person visits to facilities and partners to promote Provive Wellness’ services.
Identify and engage key decision-makers in behavioral health settings.
Develop new referral sources and strengthen existing partnerships.
Coordinate with admissions and CRM to ensure timely transitions for referred clients.
Track referral activity and admissions data for leadership review.
Represent Provive Wellness at community events and networking opportunities.
