Job summary

Brentwood Behavioral Healthcare in Flowood, Mississippi, is seeking a dynamic full-time Business Development Representative to join our team. The role focuses on building relationships with communities, referrals, and agencies to expand access to behavioral health services.

You will work with the Director of Business Development to ensure a positive public image and promote ethical marketing of Brentwood’s psychiatric treatment offerings for adults and youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a behavioral health area, marketing, business administration or related field.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred: Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting; three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the facility, community, and referring agencies to create demand for services.
• Collaborate with the Director of Business Development to present a professional public image and drive referrals.
