Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Field Technician, Motive Power, to inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment at customer sites and shops. You will perform basic troubleshooting, coordinate with teams, and travel as needed to install, remove, or repair equipment.

The role emphasizes safety, compliance with DOT/Hazmat, and accurate completion of service orders and timekeeping, with opportunities for overtime based on workload.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Technical certification in electrical/mechanical repair or battery maintenance preferred.
• Associate degree from a two-year college or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and field/shop repairs.
• Travel to sites and other branches; some overnight travel required.
• Coordinate with Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales for repairs.
• Ensure safe work practices and compliance with DOT/Hazmat regulations.
• Complete service orders and documentation accurately and timely.
