Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Field Technician, Motive Power, to inspect and repair motive power equipment, perform routine preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot in customer sites and shops. You will collaborate with Technical Support, Customer Service, and Sales, while traveling to various branches as needed.

The role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and quality, with occasional overtime and travel.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Technical school certification in electrical, mechanical repair or battery maintenance preferred.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair motive power equipment.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Coordinate problem resolution with Technical Support, Customer Service, Sales and other personnel.
• Travel to other branches or sites as required for installation, removal or repairs (some overnight travel).
• Complete service orders, PM worksheets, timecards and documentation accurately.
