Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least 6 months experience working with at risk youth.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to use personal vehicle for work and appropriate vehicle insurance.
• Familiarity with the Juvenile Justice System preferred.

Responsibilities

• Examine case file to learn youth history and keep information current.
• Notify supervisor and Probation Officer immediately of crises or incidents.
• Attend weekly meetings to provide updates and participate in decisions on supervision standards.
• Review daily alerts and respond within 24 hours.
• Respond to violations of supervision per contract requirements.
• Attend trainings, workshops, and conferences to ensure best practices.
• Assist circuits with vacancies, vacations, PTO, and high caseloads.
• Perform all other related duties as assigned.
