Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary relations, practice management, or healthcare business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using data to support growth initiatives.
• Experience with social media and community engagement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referring veterinarians and practice leaders.
• Serve as the primary liaison between TBVS and the veterinary community.
• Analyze referral data and market opportunities to guide growth strategies.
• Develop territory and partner action plans to expand referrals.
• Coordinate local marketing, social media, and outreach events.
• Support CE events, hospital open houses, and referral partner programs.
• Collaborate with clinicians and leadership to resolve issues and improve referral experiences.
• Use reporting tools to track activity, opportunities, and outcomes.
