Job summary

Veritas Veterinary Partners seeks a Relationship Advocate to strengthen connections between Partner Hospitals and referring veterinarians. This role combines field outreach with data-informed strategy to grow referrals and align with clinical capacity and hospital services.

The position requires a minimum of two years in business development or veterinary sales, with travel up to 75% and a valid driver's license. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually, onsite at Partner Hospitals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience in veterinary relationship management or business development.
• Minimum two years in business development, strategic partnerships, veterinary or healthcare sales, or related field with field-based relationship management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with veterinarians or clinical/professional audiences.
• Solutions-oriented with ability to analyze referral data, identify trends, and develop outreach plans.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and advocate for referring veterinarians in the assigned market.
• Develop and execute a structured engagement plan to strengthen partnerships.
• Conduct regular in-person visits to referring practices and educate on hospital services and treatment options.
• Act as liaison between hospital teams and referral partners for smooth communication.
• Represent Veritas Veterinary Partners at industry events and networking opportunities.
