Qualifications

• Five+ years in niche recruiting, sourcing, business or franchise development.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Franchise sales experience preferred; proven success meeting goals.
• Strong consultative selling, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive PVS hospital ownership opportunities from outreach through franchise agreement execution; meet goals for agreements and openings.
• Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline via outreach, referrals, networks, and research tools.
• Communicate ownership opportunities clearly; present materials and the Franchise Disclosure Document; address questions.
• Identify and engage prospective veterinary partners at conferences; document interactions in CRM.
• Coordinate milestones with internal partners to advance ownership opportunities.
• Use pipeline results and market trends to improve prospecting and sales processes.
• Demonstrate company values in interactions with candidates and internal partners.
• Maintain accurate CRM records for discussions with candidates.
