Ecolab is seeking a Territory Representative for the Santa Rosa, CA area to deliver cleaning and sanitation programs, identify food safety risks, and help prevent foodborne illnesses. You will manage a territory of customers, grow sales through service excellence and new product introductions, and install and train customers on equipment.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Outside sales or related experience in foodservice/hospitality preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and able to travel.

• Develop and maintain a territory of customers within defined geography.

• Install and maintain equipment and provide hands‑on training and audits.
• Conduct food safety audits and evaluate compliance by department.
