Qualifications

• Willing to obtain Life & Health license within 30 days.
• Face-to-face sales experience is a plus.
• Comfortable in a field-based role with traveling within territory.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person meetings with business owners and employees.
• Deliver tailored supplemental benefit presentations in group or individual settings.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
