Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow Moen's presence in the greater Portland market. You will build lasting relationships with wholesalers, plumbers, builders and trade professionals, traveling up to 50% with a company car and expense card provided.

You will develop territory plans, present programs, train customers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in plumbing/building materials or related industry.
• Proven ability to build relationships with plumbing wholesalers, distributors, plumbers, builders and contractors.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with plumbing wholesalers, plumbers, builders, contractors, and other trade professionals within territory.
• Grow existing book of business by expanding product adoption and strengthening partnerships.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with annual objectives and long-term growth.
• Present merchandising, marketing, and promotional programs to add value for customers and increase market presence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service through regular visits, proactive communication and timely follow-up.
• Educate customers through product presentations and training sessions and participate in trade shows.
