Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based District Manager to coordinate in-field activity across Arkansas, Louisiana, and parts of Mississippi. You will develop and execute the District Sales Plan, drive top- and bottom-line results, and lead both direct and indirect teams to ensure targets are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field required or equivalent experience.
• Strong business analysis and planning skills that drive sales performance.
• Proven district manager leadership with safety/compliance standards and performance track record.
• Ability to articulate scientific aspects of treatments and therapeutic areas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate in-field activity to drive sales across Arkansas, Louisiana, and portions of Mississippi.
• Create, implement, and monitor the District Sales Plan to reach targets.
• Lead and mentor in-field teams, ensuring collaboration with internal partners.
