Unbound Now in Bell County is seeking an Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth and adult survivors of sex trafficking. You will apply sound professional judgment to ensure high-quality services and compliance with standards.

The role is field-based/hybrid with occasional trips to the Waco Office, requiring travel within Bell County and surrounding areas. A bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required, with experience in trauma-informed care

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work or related field.
• Experience with survivors of trafficking or youth services preferred.
• Trauma-informed care training is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis response and ongoing case management for survivors.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for caseload.
• Meet with survivors and coordinate transportation as needed.
• Document interactions within required timelines and collaborate with partners.
