Job summary

Unbound Now is seeking a CSEY Advocate to provide crisis response and ongoing case management for youth survivors of sex trafficking. The role requires crisis intervention, on-site and remote advocacy, and collaboration with CST care coordinators and MDT partners; travel within the area and occasional out-of-state travel may be required.

The advocate will work toward trauma-informed, survivor-centered care, maintain documentation, and participate in weekly team meetings and pre-service

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field is required.
• Experience working with victims of trafficking, child abuse, homelessness, or addiction is preferred.
• Trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing training are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls and provide on-site and remote advocacy for youth survivors.
• Coordinate referrals, service planning, and documentation for caseloads.
• Develop safety plans and supervise follow-up with families and partner agencies.
• Maintain timely documentation and participate in MDT/ CPS meetings.
• Provide transportation and in-person/remote support as needed.
